Background: Very much hard to come by. Let's just say there's a reason they let him be a relatively harmless delinquent and that his handlers for the academy sometimes feel more like a probation officer.
Magic Style: Sheer power. What Hadrian lacks in technique he makes up for by having a prodigal talent to just unleash sheer amounts of force. It tends to match ambient energies unless he focuses: a windy day might suddenly shift to hurricane gales, a lighter could produce a towering inferno, and so forth.
